One Final Thought
AI has made the pricing conversation even more urgent.
If technology enables work to be delivered differently, faster or with fewer traditional lawyer hours, firms need to understand what clients are really buying and how that value should be priced.
That makes value-based pricing less of an interesting alternative to the billable hour and increasingly part of the conversation about the future business model of the law firm.
